Wherever you are right now, reading this, stop. What do you notice? Sounds, sights, sensations, smells…allow them all. What notices? Thoughts probably stumble through that say “I do” or “me” or “my brain” or “my senses” or something similar. What notices those thoughts? Welcome home to the place you never left.

The Practice of Returning Home

Mind is space. Space is the multidimensional canvas in which Thought appears. Consciousness brings Thought to life. Regardless of what Thought and Consciousness are bringing to life, each moment, return home to Mind.

Peace Already Here

We can never find peace in thoughts – at least, not permanent peace. Real peace is before thought. It is the space in which thought arises. This space is Mind.  This space is what all of us and every animate and inanimate object already are. Just stay here. No effort needed.
