I walked to the alley to drop a few bags in the garbage. When I opened the back gate, the bin wasn’t where it should be. Immediately, I knew it was the waste carriers – I’d seen them do the same careless thing multiple times up and down the alley. This is the first time our bin was knocked entirely over, lid open, halfway down the alley. I don’t get why people don’t pay a little more attention. It takes two seconds to pay a little attention. Imagine if everyone was that careless – a lot of people ARE that careless now! That’s the problem.
